ObWheel is a practical application that effectively digitizes the traditional pregnancy date wheel, offering a portable and accessible tool for both expectant parents and healthcare professionals, including obstetricians, family physicians, nurses, midwives, and students. Utilizing the date of Last Menstrual Period (LMP), it provides reliable calculations of Estimated Due Date (EDD) and Gestational Age (GA), replacing the less precise paper wheels with a digital, always-available resource.

The app features a user-friendly interface, with separated outer and inner wheels designed for ease of navigation. Users can rotate the green wheel to set the LMP date, and the purple wheel to explore important pregnancy milestones or to determine GA on a specific date, which is displayed prominently in the center.

For manual data entry preferences, users may select the "Set" option to input dates by LMP, EDD, or GA on a chosen date. The "Info" section offers quick access to critical pregnancy details such as trimesters, testing windows, and reference ranges for fetal biometry (Lessoway), all based on current GA.

Calculating EDD based on ultrasound data is streamlined: rotate the purple wheel until the displayed GA matches the ultrasound report's GA, then turn the green wheel to align with the ultrasound date. The EDD appears below for clarity. Alternatively, users can input GA and ultrasound dates manually in the "Set" screen for similar results.

ObWheel is compatible with both iPhone and iPad devices, ensuring broad accessibility. The developers are committed to ongoing improvement and value user feedback to enhance its functionality and utility.
